Creative Strategist

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Creative Strategist to join our digital marketing team. The Creative Strategist will be responsible for developing compelling, data-driven, and client-focused marketing strategies that align with our clients’ business goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and deep understanding of digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate should be adept at identifying client needs, crafting impactful strategies, and working closely with design, content, and campaign teams to bring concepts to life. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Ideation
    • Develop and pitch creative strategies that align with client objectives, brand identity, and current market trends.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate original and innovative ideas for digital campaigns.
    • Work closely with account managers and clients to understand project goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
  2. Campaign Development and Execution
    • Translate strategic ideas into actionable campaign concepts across digital channels, including social media, content marketing, email, video, and display ads.
    • Oversee the execution of campaigns, providing guidance and creative direction to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
    • Monitor and adjust strategies in real-time to optimize performance and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  3. Market and Audience Research
    • Conduct research on target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategy development.
    • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to shape campaign ideas and ensure they resonate with the intended audience.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in client campaigns.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting
    • Collaborate with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and extract insights to inform future strategies.
    • Prepare presentations and reports that highlight campaign effectiveness and provide strategic recommendations for clients.
    • Regularly review KPIs and optimize creative approaches to maximize engagement and return on investment.
  5. Collaboration and Communication
    • Partner with content creators, designers, and media teams to bring creative visions to life and ensure consistency in messaging.
    • Communicate and present ideas, concepts, and strategies to clients and internal teams in a clear, compelling manner.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on creative strategy within the company, keeping up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or similar role within a digital marketing, advertising agency, or related environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital campaigns and brand strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and use of analytics tools to inform creative strategy (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and clients.
  • A creative portfolio showcasing past projects and successful campaigns is preferred.
