Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy Development
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
• Align marketing strategies with business goals, market trends, and emerging technologies.
Content Creation and Management
• Collaborate with the content team to create and manage engaging content across digital platforms.
• Ensure brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and track performance to improve organic search rankings.
• Use SEO best practices to increase web traffic and generate leads.
Social Media Marketing
• Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Email Marketing
• Design, test, and send email campaigns to targeted customer segments.
• Track email metrics and optimize campaigns for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Paid Ads Management
• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
Analytics and Reporting
• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and key metrics.
• Present data insights to stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies.
Customer Engagement and Conversion Optimization
• Enhance customer journey on digital platforms and work on strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing, CRO strategies, and UX improvements.
Collaboration and Project Management
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, product, sales, and design teams.
• Manage projects, timelines, and deliverables for digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
